Jessica Gail comes to Congressman Swalwell's office with over seven years of Capitol Hill press experience. She began her career as a television and radio reporter in Utah, and most recently worked as the Government and Media Affairs Manager at A Starting Point - a platform dedicated to getting young people interested in politics.

WASHINGTON, DC — Nine of the ten Community Project Funding requests made by Rep. Eric Swalwell (CA-15) for vital community projects in the East Bay have been granted by House Appropriations subcommittees, totaling $11,525,000.

"From safe and reliable drinking water to mental health services to housing the homeless, these projects will significantly improve the lives of 15th Congressional District residents," Swalwell said. "I'm pleased that the subcommittees agreed, and I look forward to continuing the fight to have this funding passed into law."

WASHINGTON, DC – Representatives Eric Swalwell (CA-15) and Bonnie Watson Coleman (NJ-12) today led 40 of their colleagues in asking Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra to issue guidance that federally-funded and federally-administered health insurers must cover all pregnancy and pregnancy-related services, including coverage of maternity care for dependents.
