Appropriations Request

Thank you for your interest in Congressman Swalwell’s Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 Appropriations Request Form. 

Please submit your request using the forms linked below. 

Each office is permitted to submit up to 75 programmatic and language requests per subcommittee and up to 20 Community Project Funding requests, so we encourage you to prioritize submissions accordingly if you are submitting multiple requests. 

BOTH FORMS ARE DUE FRIDAY, MARCH 6, 2026 AT 11:59PM PST

1. To submit an appropriations or CPF request, please fill out the form. 

2. If you have more than one request, you will need to submit each individual request.
