The East Bay Congressional Youth Council is an annual leadership opportunity for young people living in California's 14th Congressional District to help highlight issues critical to younger generations while identifying and executing opportunities that encourage civic engagement. Participation in the Congressional Youth Council is free and offers students a unique opportunity to learn about the federal government, discuss public policy, and develop leadership skills.
